Contacted us regarding moisture problems in our home. The owner quickly came for an inspection, but contact was then very difficult. Elroy, the owner, knew that we were looking for a short-term solution due to the unhealthy living situation for our 8-week-old son. The quotation was not clearly specified in terms of price and was not transparent and when we had questions about this (related to specifying insurance) the information was very vague. He has kept us waiting so long that it is now a month later and we still have no solution. When I asked for clarification today, he indicated that he was abandoning the job. So he kept us waiting so long for nothing and when I called him and asked for an explanation, he indicated that he was not married to me and that his life was not just about me. Strange way of communicating with potential customers in my opinion.

Arrogant - On Sunday, I posted a request for assistance regarding damp problems, including photos, via the chat service on their website. They auto-replied because it was the weekend, and they said they would contact them as soon as possible. Understandable, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response. I called the landline number, but the correct person wasn't available. They said they would create a callback request. Again, no response. I received a reminder via chat and called again, this time to the mobile number. The call was rejected. Too bad. They might do a good job, but their communication is terrible.

During renovation, it turned out that there was moisture in the interior walls. Van Eijk thought along and was able to act quickly. I had specified 18 m, but their own follow-up measurement showed it to be only 14 m. They have adjusted their invoice. Nice company, works neatly and quickly.
