Dakcontrol

They knocked on our door and offered to clean our gutter and see if a small leak in the gutter could be repaired. They removed a lot of dirt from the gutter and the leak suddenly became worse, the gutter had to be replaced, they said, a significant amount of course. Unfortunately, it was only after this that we looked at reviews of these guys. And someone else was called in for the repair, this professional was able to tell us that replacing our gutter was not simply possible because this would cause a problem with the connection to the neighbors. However, during repairs it turned out that Dakcontrol had only cleaned 1 meter of the 6, only the part where the leak was (which was now suddenly bigger). Don't fall for Dakcontrol scams!

Tried to cancel and send 2 mails with no response, called their 900 nr. Cost is 25 cents a min for a max of 5 euro. So expected to be on hold for a long time. Also expected the call to be disconnected and yep both happend, 20 mins waiting and call disconnected.. Third mail out, don't expect a reply, send a txt message to their mobile as well but doubt that will help much.

I also had an unpleasant experience with these scammers about 10 years ago. The gutter of my house was repaired in an amateurish way, for which I had to pay 600 Euro. The leak was even worse afterwards than before the repair. In the end I repaired the gutter myself (waterproof!). But what really surprises me now is that these scammers are still active, and I only see negative reviews everywhere on the internet. So people are still being scammed by these figures, how is this possible..??

Would come to clean gutters. As soon as they found out that there was no "extra" money to be made, they fled like crazy.

I had the chimney swept by these asos today. Not knowing that they are a bunch of scammers. The whole house was black with soot. Can easily re-sauce everything. And then still too bad to put the stove and the stove pipe back in place. €35.00 and they were inside for a maximum of 5 minutes. They also give you a big mouthful. These guys are scandalous
