One thing to point out. I was not informed not to use the heating system before the inspection. Thats a miss from the planning department. A leak detection was carried out at our place. 512,- pays for a maximum of 45 minutes of work…. It turned out that we need to renovate our bathroom. Actually, only ‘leak spots’ were indicated that are also visible from the outside, so the ‘leak detection’ does not add much, but then you pay 512 euros for it. That is why this is more of a warning for people who are considering carrying out a leak detection in the bathroom: really consider whether this adds anything and is necessary. If you think there is a leak in the bathroom due to, for example, cracked tiles or worn sealant, hire a contractor immediately because leak detection will not make you much wiser. Also asked to carry out a leak detection in the attic. The gentleman could not look on the roof or at pipes etc. so he only said that there was moisture (without investigating the cause, e.g. broken roof tiles etc.). Of course, we could also see that there was moisture from the very large damp spot on the wall. So not recommended for us.

Mark provided us with a professional dry process. We had a leak and were looking for a reliable company. Mark had equipment with him that can measure moisture up to 4cm under the floor or wall without breaking. He has installed drying machines that drain the moisture themselves through a hose in an existing drain. He gave us advice on what steps we could take because our insurance did nothing at all.
