Top workers who do all the work, but don't expect much from the people who are not working in your home but who manage it; communication is very poor, consultation is not possible, there is no explanation, making a plan and consulting is also too much. The only reason to work with Bedi is the workers; skilled and human. THEY deserve all the appreciation.

Little work for a lot of money I asked Bedi if someone could come and look at the moisture problem. That person came, waved a moisture meter twice, gave some advice, informed me twice that we were handling the case with closed markets, was there for half an hour, after which I received a bill for more than € 150. The rate Bedi charges is apparently €300 per hour. And that under the heading of "research costs", a waste of money.

Bedi technology was called in by the neighbor to assess a moisture problem in the wall. They come up with a judgment in which they criticize the method of an experienced engineer without talking to him. They judge that something major has changed on our side. But they don't have older measurements, so they don't know that the situation has been like this for decades. They also do this without talking to us, the neighbors. Or to measure from our side. Very careless! That good man, that experienced engineer, is dismissed by your "experts" as absolutely irrelevant. Shame on you!

I had a problem with mold forming on the inside above the large window. This turned out to be due to a thermal bridge. I contacted Bedi three times for advice on how to solve this myself. They performed excellently and very professionally each time, without any costs. My compliments to this company, and I highly recommend them to everyone. Sincerely, John van Heel.

Initially, the company quoted me to inject walls under high pressure. I asked if I could buy the product from them to do it myself, but they said it wouldn't be pressure-injected, wasn't nearly as good, and didn't guarantee anything. A while later, I placed the order. The employee didn't even do four hours of work; he didn't inject under high pressure, but with a regular caulking gun. If I had bought the material myself (Remmers Kiesol C), I would have been done for €100 and a few hours' work. Bedi considers an hourly rate of over €200 normal! This reeks of fraud!
