Had a nice automatic sunshade for the balcony and they were very helpful/friendly. Grandfather (Joan) Hersmis (owner) and grandson Jowy were with me together with 1 colleague and the interaction/collaboration between Joan and Jowy seemed to have been best friends for years. Nice to see their collaboration like this. I think: Jowy is going to join the business and take it over soon, this company with such strength and quality will not "break down".
