A quote for spot repair of the front door was given with the email included 'if possible'. The employee judged that in our case the spot to be repaired could not be repaired (almost) invisibly, he also advised against it. However, we had to pay the call-out fee of €90.75, which we were not told and which is not stated anywhere in the terms and conditions. After a few phone calls (after which we were supposed to be called back but this did not happen) we finally spoke to someone who still insisted that we owed this amount.

Two weeks ago I requested a quote from Respo Repair Service BV for the repair of my countertop. I quickly received a response that my request had been received and that it would be processed within two working days. However, two weeks later I still haven't received anything. I called last week to inquire about the status of my application. During this conversation I was assured that I would be contacted that same week. Unfortunately, this promise has also not been kept. Update: Just had a pleasant telephone contact with the company Respo Repair. It turns out that a quote had indeed been sent, but it had not reached me. They also apologized for not returning their calls. I am therefore adjusting my 1 star to 4 stars.

Our PVC floor has just been professionally repaired by Ap. The damage is no longer visible. We also received a good explanation about the work and what else you might see.

I contacted the company to request a repair on a wooden door, but was told that they do not do repairs on wood, only aluminum and plastic. Company response: "Unfortunately, we do not do this type of work, we mainly repair aluminum and plastic frames and doors, I think it would be better to call the local carpenter/painter." So I wonder why it says on your website that you also do repairs to wood? I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to finally contact me, I have sent photos by email, no response. Reminder sent, no response. They call me after 1.5 weeks at 4:49 PM, call back immediately at 4:51 PM and I get a band that they are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.... I don't know what they mean by customer friendliness and service, but I think it's worthless.
