My initial contact a few years ago was satisfactory, as was the execution of the order. Based on my most recent experience, my review now has a 1-star rating. I recently visited the showroom and called twice to schedule an appointment for, again, the installation of awnings. Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back. They're probably doing too well, which is a shame! Not the kind of advertising you want as a company!

Bad experience. Came to install an electric awning. It turned out that connecting the power was a problem and we left without connecting the awning. Didn't hear anything from the company after this. Contacted me after a few days. This was very difficult trying to blame on us. After a lot of calling back and forth, the boss finally came to have a look (without tools!!) It turned out not to be that difficult, the same technicians eventually connected the screen to the power a week later. I still wonder if they would have contacted them themselves to get the job done.

We made an appointment here to measure our garage door for a sliding garage door. Wishes were passed on (no crazy things, a glass in one of the doors and a ventilation grille). About 2 weeks later was the time of our appointment. 20 minutes before the appointment (when we were already on our way to our new house) I received a call and was told that unfortunately the appointment cannot go ahead because our wishes are impossible to fulfill. And even if that were possible, the appointment could take place a month later. That's strange! Firstly, because they sell Novoferm where it is possible, and secondly, the fact that they understood it 20 minutes before the appointment. Not good service, irresponsible. So not recommended.

Alexander Lamberts has spared no effort to solve an annoying problem that arose after the delivery of screens that were placed under a ramp. Attempts have been made several times to provide the right solution. It was never too much to ask. After the right parts finally arrived, everything was put into operation just before Christmas. Thanks for the great service!!! Today the men came back again because a roller blind was stuck. After I offered to pay for repairs, Alexander informed me that this was a company service. I can emphasize once again that this is a great party to work with!
