Worst service there is, and you better believe they want to help you over the phone. I got a new remote control and a roller here costs you almost 1200 euros. So I hope no one does business with these pigs. I then received 2 more invoices for the advance costs of the visit (approximately 250 euros). My roller shutter was still not repaired properly. I received another invoice for 150 euros. All in all, 1600 euros further and still being loud on the phone if you want to speak to them. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THESE SCAMMERS. I should have read the reviews before dealing with these dumb asses. Because I'm not the only one, I see 1x 5 stars given by him and the rest 1 star. Even that is too high.

This company doesn't write with a fork, but with a rake. What ridiculously high prices! A quote for repairing the dormer window's roller shutters was so high (€900) that we requested a quote for new shutters. We've since received a bill of €260 for driving out and removing the roller shutter box to access it! The quote for the new shutters was €2400!! We had the (minor) repair done by another company. For a fraction of the price Euroll quoted!! Private individuals, don't do business with this company! They work for large corporations, so the price probably won't matter to them! We contacted them by phone; they offered no goodwill; it was completely out of the question. A very unfriendly approach. Customer focus is nonexistent here!

I am the owner of Venice ice cream in Amsterdam, we have been around for 90 years, we have worked with many companies but never been ripped off like this! Euroll has been our worst experience, charges that do not exist, very rude woman on the phone, no response to emails at all, technician worked for 30 minutes, lunch and phone calls in front of the door in the car for 1.5 hours, end of story charged €250, quote on new roller shutter motor of €5000 while in Amsterdam at De Vlijt €1600 including VAT and installation!!!! I had a problem with the roller shutter, so I called Euroll for help, the technician was at the door in a short time, looked at the situation and immediately said that the motor was broken, he called the company, explained what was going on. 10 minutes later I received a call from the company with a proposal for the costs, €4,500 excl. I think that's too much money and call another company in Amsterdam, end of story, €1500 in VAT including installation! There is only one word,scam with a capital O!! Normally I would have given zero stars!

It took about 3 months to get scheduled for an appointment. Once someone came, he was 4 hours later than agreed and the entire store was in disarray in the middle of the day. The gentleman was downright unfriendly and had no intention of apologizing. He actually thought it was quite normal that he arrived much later than agreed and did not see the problem that way. I felt I was not taken seriously at all. Of course things like that can happen, but it just depends on how a company deals with it.
