I would by battery for my laser pen for use on my training, 8 asked the employee the battery code I need he gave me the battery after he searched after I left I wanted to try them on my laser pen suddenly I saw one 9f them it was open from the packing and the code was different too, when I came back to ask him to return because of these 2 reasons he told me yes it's Normal that it was open no problem and the code os not the same but the battery are the same then I told him that I need to try because it was not cheap so he told me you can open them here and try and he helps me to open them all, it's fitted and the laser pen works but next day I found 20 battery with 1/4 price and I knew that if I still have the recipe I still have the right to return them but the same employee doesn't accept to return because it's was open it was strange for me

Been waiting weeks now to fix our dishwasher. Someone came by to see what the problem was, then agreed on a date (4 weeks later) because a part had to be ordered. On the day of the appointment I heard that parts were not yet available. Strange.... Haven't heard anything from Wolthuis for 3 weeks now. No follow up call or apology for taking so long. I already had to take 2 days off for nothing... This is very sloppy because we bought it because the service was said to be so good. We are very disappointed in Wolthuis.

Brought my washing machine today and I could use the man from before who brought it, very nice guy, really well helped, it is now running and I am very satisfied so far, washes very quietly compared to Zanussi. Guys, keep it up, top company. I have known them for years.

Good in electronics, only traffic insight they lack. Realize that you drive with a name on the bus, and the way it is driven is not advertising for the shop.

Dealing is very easy and simple. Delivery was faster than expected. The process of exchanging and installing the new equipment was very easy and simple. The employee was nice, new, friendly and respectful. I recommend doing business with him. It's worth it.
