Organic Developments

Eddy came in quite early in the renovation process as I had no clue how to measure doors and frames myself. He came in that day when nothing was really done yet and he helped me out at almost every step of the way. He helped me out in quite several "emergencies" where I messed up some measurement again and Eddy always had a creative solution for me. He put in a window, made all the doors and frames, put in storage solutions in every room, helped out with the kitchen, and above all we ventured on an experimental floor heating project together which also turned out great. Can definitely rec Eddy as your renovation liaison!

In September 2024, I contacted Organic Developments regarding a leak. Organic Developments had their roofer come over to provide a quote. Upon receiving the quote, it turned out that Dakservice-Holland (www.dakservice-holland.nl) was the executing party. Scheduling and carrying out the work went smoothly. However, two weeks after the repair work was completed, when it started raining, it became clear that the work had not been done properly. From that point on, communication was extremely difficult, or there was simply no communication at all from Dakservice-Holland. Eventually, two appointments were made to complete the work properly, but at the first appointment, no one showed up, and the second appointment was canceled two hours in advance. There was also communication with Organic Developments, and although they contacted Dakservice-Holland, they were unable to find a solution, and there has been no further communication from them (my number has even been blocked). In short, Organic Developments and Dakservice-Holland both are not recommended.

Eddy saved me when we needed some renovation work doing after some storm damage to our home. He came on a recommendation from a friend after everyone else I contacted was slow, busy or ignored me but Eddy made some time to come out, give a super honest opinion and got his guys on the job right away. Communication is great and works along with you so you can trust you’ll get the best result for a good price and not get messed about. Great result it is too, super happy with the results, can 100% recommend Organic Developments.
