Horrible service. We had an appointment with the sales person, who came and took the measurements. As it is a new apartment and there are no curtains at all, we wanted to order curtains that were in stock and could be delivered faster. So far, we only have issues: - Worst thing is that due to the wrong measurement (done by the "expert" that also gave advice), our plinten are damaged. There is nobody to take responsibility. - Vouwgordijnen were not in stock, even though I specifically asked while ordering and the sales person confirmed. It takes much longer than expected to deliver them. - One of the packages is not delivered yet because they gave the wrong address to the delivery company. Client service is not responding. We regret very much working with Veneta. Unprofessional.

They measured the window and made the blinds custom. It was very pricey but we thought it would be worth it but it doesn't really cover the window fully. I still have light in the room and can't sleep 😞😞 Disappointed.

Horrible quality, after 2 months the product falls apart. Installation and removing both difficult. After sales support is poor, technicians avalaible 3 months later. On their tutorial video it all nice and easy while in reality just to unfold the metal clips requires super-human force… waste of money..

Perfecte levering. Zelfs sneller aangeleverd gekregen dan we in eerste instantie dachten. We konden de chauffeur op de voet volgen. Montage gemakkelijk, mooie verduisterde rolgordijnen, precies zoals we besteld hadden . Één pakket mistte, maar na 1 telefoontje werd ons verteld dat dit inderdaad bij hun bekend is en wordt het de dag erna alsnog geleverd. Wij zijn erg blij met dit resultaat!

Bad company and service. If you are lucky, you get a good service, if not: no managers available, no proper service, no track and trace, no replies to emails or calls and the sales contact person gets lost. So, we ordered curtains in October and paid for it, and we had to ask them to adjust the measurements on the top part which after 3 times they measured it, still came wrong! No one takes responsibility, the person that measured it doesn’t pick up the phone or replies to emails. If you want an advice, look for another supplier.
