After extensive contact, suddenly after approving the quote and wanting to schedule the painting work, contact with Jeroen Cloin was no longer possible. There was no response at all to phone calls, texts or emails. Perhaps this is the usual way of working for Jeroen Cloin when he has a somewhat busy schedule, but this is not how you treat customers! Cloin Schilderwerken deserves 1 star for this customer-friendly way of working!

The agreements are not kept and there is poor or no communication. In February 2021 we signed a quote to carry out painting work in September 2021. In September we tried to contact you ourselves to find out exactly when the painting work would be carried out. Phone calls were not answered, eventually after weeks of an email response that it would be December or next year. We indicated that we wanted December with a guarantee of good work, but never heard anything again!
