Van begin tot eind van het traject zeer tevreden. Prettige voorbespreking waar we als VvE onze wensen op tafel konden leggen en die werden na een inspectie door Pieter Bindervoet al snel aangevuld met tips en aanvullende aandachtspunten. Offerte zag er prima uit en alle werkzaamheden en acties stonden duidelijk aangegeven. De uitvoering was zorgvuldig en professioneel: grondige voorbereiding en prima afwerking. Regelmatig werd tijdens het traject overleg gevoerd en we werden tijdig op de hoogte gesteld van mogelijke uitval door weersomstandigheden. Deskundig personeel met een hoge werkmoraal en erg vriendelijk in de omgang. Kortom wij kunnen Cornelis de Groot aanbevelen voor uw schilderwerk met hoge kwaliteit.

Wanted to return a DHL package today. I am not at all familiar with that. The gentleman who was there said he needed a QR code. I had a barcode and didn't understand anything. I was just trying to figure out where I could find the QR code in my email. But the gentleman said I could better sit outside and search🙈 While he could perhaps help me better. He didn't take the time to do that at all because that doesn't yield much I think. So I paid again to get a return label but it was the same. I asked again and he said you have to print it. Ugh what a nasty man. If you don't have the time or don't feel like speaking to people kindly or helping them, don't be a DHL point. This was the first and last time I've been in there!! Kind regards Don't understand?? I think I just answered!! and 5 explanations the only thing you could say is this QR code, you know what a QR code is!! and then there were not even other people in the store. while you literally sent me away colleagues came in!! you will never see me here again and hopefully more!! because I have heard a lot of bad experiences about your store. very unfortunate. have a nice day and hopefully someone else will be helped better and friendlier. after all we all have to work for our money. ps I hope you are not the owner and that your staff also treats your customers like this!!
