I have placed 2 assignments with this company, one in a personal capacity and one in the name of the VVE. The assignment in a personal capacity was for the glass. After completing the glazing I was not satisfied on all points. They are not the cheapest company, but this is reflected in the after-sales section. They stand for quality and they deliver. The points that I was dissatisfied with have been addressed satisfactorily. This also with a smile from Paul. This is also partly the reason for the higher price. The staff is also paid above market rates and this is reflected in the friendliness and the extent to which the staff is committed and the atmosphere that prevails during the job. Furthermore, despite all the crowds, they were also able to deliver relatively quickly.

I had my 1920s house (upstairs and downstairs) painted by van Doorn, I can only say that they simply did a very good job, actually exactly as you hope it goes: clear quote and good communication about possible additional work, also good communication with the painters. In my case there was quite a lot of wood rot, and the carpenters from van Doorn made it beautiful again. In short, highly recommended.

A crash, glass shattering. We go to the neighbors, where they are doing some work. No response, nothing to see. We still hear things falling and stuff... Not long after, my wife sees a piece of glass on our garden terrace. Huh... Upstairs on the second floor of our house in De Leyen, a pigeon, as if stuck to the window, is trying to get away, fluttering anxiously. I open the sliding window and the animal flies into the meadow world at high speed. That there is nothing wrong with it? Mr Van Doorn informs me on the telephone that a glazier is working in the area and that he will send him over. In the afternoon a big man comes to the door. I'll go ahead of him. He looks at the situation, nods and says without emotion - we were quite excited about it -, 'I'll just grab my things'. I don't have to help and a short time later there is a window freshly cut to size from the glass car (this is possible with single glazing) in the rebates. Mr. glazier doesn't need coffee, I don't have to sign a work order and we say goodbye without many words. I am left happily dazed and mutter to myself: 'It still exists, that village atmosphere, that trust, that 'old-fashioned' customer friendliness with excellent quality'.
