Ben niet iemand die snel klaagt maar vind toch u dat moet weten met wie u in zee gaat voordat u uw laat schilderen. Gert Jan is een aardige vent, tijdens bespreken van de offerte is er van alles mogelijk en wordt er gesproken over garantie maar nu na anderhalf jaar de verf al afbladdert is het ineens een vochtprobleem en is er geen garantie.............triest. Nieuwe offertes zijn ineens sky-high, maal factor 2 of 3. Wat dacht u dat een muurtje behangen van 4 x 2.80 kost bij dit bedrijf? Ik kreeg een offerte van € 1000,--.........

Enschede Painting Company installed double glazing (HR++) in our house. Within a day, all the glass was properly installed in its frames, and the sound insulation was immediately noticeable. What a difference compared to the old glass! Then the window frames were painted, and our house, paint-wise, looks like new again.

Very positive experience. Communication, by telephone and responses to emails, very good and fast. Painter: professional, neat and polite. Easy to make good agreements with....and most importantly: delivers exceptionally good and professional work. Contact with the owner: also very good. Quotation and handling: absolutely great. After inspection by the Eigen Huis Association, it turned out that 2 small "spots" had arisen, through no fault of the painter, that needed to be touched up: within the foreseeable future the owner was on the doorstep to touch things up, 1 window frame was completely painted!! We are, so far, 100% satisfied....and no areas for improvement!! Exceptional in this day and age. Gert-Jan and Jan: Compliments for your craftsmanship! We would like to write the following review on Google through the negative experience with Glass fitter company: owner Remco Kieskamp and painting company Enschede: owner Gertjan de Vries, In December 2020 we requested a quote from painting company Enschede for replacing the window on the garden side of our house. We agreed to the amount of 524 euros. Painting company Enschede outsourced this job to glass fitter Remco Kieskamp. This gentleman came to our place 3 times to measure the window. 2 weeks later an appointment was made for the installation of a new window. The same day 524 euros were transferred to the payment account of painting company Enschede. When we washed the window 2 days later, to our horror it turned out that the window had been measured too short in height and had only been placed halfway in the rebate (both bottom and top). The glazier was not prepared to admit this mistake and to come by to solve this problem. After consultation with the client (painting company Enschede), the glazier still installed a new pane (October 2021). Fortunately, we have a new pane, and after a lot of hassle, the problem was solved (we thought and hoped). Our euphoric mood changed like a leaf on a tree. Because imagine our surprise after we had washed the pane: Clearly visible horizontal damage of approximately 50 cm wide on the outside of the pane. The glazier believes that the supplier (AGC) of the pane is liable for this. We have considered starting legal proceedings but do not want to put any more stress and energy into this unpleasant matter. Conclusion: The work done by the glazier is absolutely substandard (unprofessional) and the communication with both entrepreneurs was a nightmare for us. Paid 524 euros for a scratched window and glazing bars that had to be replaced due to unskilled dismantling.

As part of a neighborhood project, we had all the exterior woodwork painted. Repairs were carried out expertly and professionally, as was the painting with high-quality materials. In addition, high customer friendliness (e.g. explanation) and flexibility (e.g. extra service). Agreements are kept.
