Unfortunately, despite the inspections, wood rot still developed - and so much that it could not have developed in one year. Apparently the inspections missed this, and this is dismissed with 'yes, wood is a natural product'. Too bad, but we won't do this again. And besides, after 10 years, having to pay 3000 euros for a renewal of a contract and then a monthly amount because 'their system has changed' - we found very unreasonable - especially because a "first inspection and repainting" was apparently necessary - DESPITE the quality. And then find us insulting when we find this new system strange. No - sorry - this is once but never again. The painters themselves are very friendly people by the way. No bad word about that.

Major exterior maintenance. Very satisfied with the painters and the work. The window cleaner commented that it was done so neatly. "My" contractor rated it as "professional work".
