Very satisfied with the super friendly staff! Our damage was repaired quickly.

A really bad experience. The painting was for a residential project. So we kept quiet. But painters who mess up like that should take another course with me. Besides, they send inexperienced people out with a cherry picker they can't operate. Then they cause an accident with that same cherry picker. Because it started fully extended and was turned towards the location. The whole thing was jerky and jarring. Just as I was about to walk in, there was a big bang (like an avalanche arrow), and not even a second (literally) after I stepped inside and closed the door behind me, a glass panel, 2 meters long and 1 meter wide, shattered onto the ground behind me. 50 cm as the crow flies. It took a second. I'm used to it. But I was absolutely terrified. And I expressed that to the cherry picker operator. This man preferred to finish his work first before taking action. Stupid. I wish I'd taken photos of the barriers that hadn't been put in place. Or that nothing had been reported to us. And that aerial work platform was already performing stunts above our heads without us knowing, and we had to walk outside because of the noise. Now I can't do much about it. Never got an apology or anything either. I ended up going after the glazier myself. Because initially, the Koeijer was also slow to arrive. Coincidentally, they had just started arranging things while I was already working on it. Disgraceful of this company. I would have been 50 cm away from death, or if I had walked in a second later... Tell you what, after much deliberation, I finally called the labor inspectorate... and they couldn't do anything about it. Because I called way too late. Stupid of me. But I did expect some kind of apology.

Last year, the painters from De Koeijer completely overhauled our new home, both inside and out. The work delivered is, in a word, fantastic: Leon and Huib are two great people that the company should be careful with! The men kept to the agreements, were helpful, friendly and did not hesitate to make an extra request. Completely satisfied and value for money.

After our break-in, they arrived quickly, replaced the locks and temporarily closed the window. After that things went a lot less well, the locks they were supposed to order are not there yet and they could not fix the door handle that broke during the repair. After that, little action was taken to get it straightened out.
