After they took the measure of the glass, they never returned my contact, no email responses, and every time I called, the attendant was bad instructed to only say to send an email or call next week. Three months passed after the glass measurement and I still have no response from them.

They didn't personally work on my building but the one across from me. Very noisy lift machine was delivered at 5:45 am. Then it just stood there for weeks. Couple of employees came but sat in their van most of the time. The week before carnival the lift machine was picked up once again at around 6:00 am. Only to be brought back the week after carnaval. And another machine was again dropped off at 5:50 am today, the 8th of March 2022. Contacted the Gemeente in Maastricht only to hear that their permit has expired on the 25 of February 2022!

They do not keep their promise.They sent letter to change the windows according to given schedule,but they did not come and they did not inform us before scheduled time that they arrange.We made all plans and our work according to their what they informed us,but they did not come and inform us before.it is really not professional.I called,they said they will make new schedule during this week,but that week passed there is no any information.Still waiting......

I was extremely dissatisfied with the process and the quality of the painting work on my house. Painters showed up on my property without an appointment, even though I had explicitly stated that this was not desirable due to pets. I was promised a call back to schedule an appointment, but that never happened. The painters were eventually let in by another worker (who thought there was an appointment), after which I returned home and, to my horror, found people in my garden. Items had been moved without consultation or any prior communication. When I asked why they were there without an appointment, I was told, "We were in the neighborhood." This was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the painting itself was simply poorly executed: stains on the floor, brush hairs in the paint, and a sloppy finish. I therefore do not recommend this company. Hopefully, this will be resolved properly, but the first impression is anything but positive.
