Last week I stood there in my wheelchair in front of a door that was closed, while they were open. The staff sees that you are standing in front of the door and just turns their heads away. What unfriendly, arrogant and antisocial staff. They apparently have no idea what service is. I called later to report this incident, and you really get a big antisocial mouth for that!!!

In 2017, Van Dijk measured and made all the curtains for our new house, including duettes (7 in total). Now defective duette brake. This part is still available via the internet, but no longer in their own range (via supplier). We receive zero request for help with repairs, even if we order parts ourselves. We are very disappointed in the service after our (major) purchase. This could and should have been much more sustainable and customer-friendly. Difficult for a layman to repair yourself.

The best paint store (perhaps in the Netherlands) in the area. Maybe not the cheapest, but such good advice, good service, friendly and very knowledgeable. So I'm still going to paint a lot, but I'm going to Van Dijk for that.

Bought wallpaper for 500 euros.... Patterned rolls turned out to be incorrectly placed on the roll from the factory. It turned out that the wall had been wallpapered with a sample book included. Dijk's response... You should have paid attention and stopped after three lanes... Wanted to reimburse 1 role.... After much insistence, 2 then...... In short... Last delivery from van Dijk for us.... What *(&^%^& service! See comment... Yes, I know a few of them, indeed it does not say on the roll that it must first be unrolled and then stuck the other way around!!
