Pasman recently painted the houses in our street. Friendly painters, good communication. Everything nicely painted and all the mess neatly cleared away. We also provided electricity for the shack so that they could make themselves a delicious cup of coffee. Ultimately (even though it was not necessary for us) they reimbursed us for the costs and days later a delivery person was at our door with a beautiful large bouquet of flowers as an extra thank you for using our electricity. We think it is a top company Kind regards, a more than satisfied customer from Barendrecht

After 4 weeks of sitting in the living room with my garden set and balcony plants, I put everything back on the balcony. And then suddenly a painter is banging on your windows telling you that the stuff has to be taken off the balcony because they are really about to start. Another week with my complete garden set in the living room and again no work done.

WoonCompagnie told them to start painting doors, windows and window frames in June 2023. Yet they only came to me in November 2023 without saying that they would start later. The work was very poor and we reported it to two painters. They promised they would come back but they never did. Then I had to call the manager in December 2023 and February 2024. Unfortunately, so far they have not kept their promises. My neighbor is a painter and he thinks they are really not professional. I will not contact them, but I will report it to the landlord (WoonCompagnie).

What antisocial and noisy people work here. Absolutely no structure or planning in their work. Sanding today won't be painted next month. And everything painted is just primer. Loud music and loud cheering at 7:15 AM. In short, this is not recommended. It looks like these are people from a sheltered workshop or people who have been rejected and are undergoing occupational therapy. (Gallerij aan de Stede in The Hague)

On Friday they send a note saying that they will start on Monday and whether you would like to pack everything. That's well in advance, no time all weekend (had to work) and in the meantime they are closed. They are known for their poor communication anyway, so be careful if you do business with them. Landlord Van 't Hof is not doing well!
