We have taken advice, a sofa, an armchair, carpet, ottoman and 5 dining room chairs, painting work, wallpapering work, net curtains and skirting boards. Beautiful materials and fabrics; quality. Discussions went well and a choice was reached together. A lot of things went right, but also a lot went wrong. According to the specialist, overlay skirting boards would fit perfectly with the floor and there would be no gaps between the floor and skirting board. I had my doubts about this, but listened to the specialist anyway. Unfortunately I was right and some places still needed a adhesive skirting board. A skirting board is also being removed that I had indicated should remain. Shame. The way this is finished leaves nothing to be desired. We also agreed to extend the skirting boards to the kitchen. This is also neatly sawn off to the end of the living room, but no further thought has been given to making this neatly overflowing at a possible additional cost. Shame. Finally, we have 5 dining room chairs. Of which 4 are upholstered on a pattern and 1 does not follow the pattern. If you indicate this, you will receive an answer (after 3 months!) that the upholsterer does not upholster according to pattern. End, heard nothing more. I don't believe it. In short: I expected more from this interior design consultancy company. I regret having spent my money here on a lot of work. I rolled up my sleeves to make it neat. I no longer have to deal with this company and have just resigned myself to the chair. Some work and after sales are not their best side. Here are some before and after photos and the chair.

Beautiful store and professional staff. Men who hung curtains were super friendly. Curtains look very nice. If the curtains had been delivered on time I would have given 5 stars.

If you call and have a question, they will indicate that they will look into this and that they will call you back. Callback within 5 minutes with correct answers or any other option, I am very satisfied!!
