After the company has visited me 3 times, I am still not satisfied with the painting work delivered. You can still see the old blue color shining through in many places and the painter has left behind many drops of paint. After I indicated to the painter that I was still not satisfied, I received a very unpleasant phone call from his boss (Fred Engels). That I had to transfer the money, because the work done should now be good. When I pointed out what was still wrong, he indicated that it was handmade and that repainting an already painted staircase cannot be perfect. When I responded that it is not the intention that you still see the old color, he suggested that he give me a pot of paint so that I can paint it myself. I responded that of course I didn't hire a painter for nothing... Fred thinks that I look too precisely, but I think that this company does not look precisely enough and that I could have done it better myself. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Does not keep appointments! After an initial conversation, an appointment cannot be made with this company. Contacting us several times and being flexible about options is no guarantee that they will come. Mr. Engels casually plans extra work for himself. He then sells a whole story about having sick people and force majeure. Under the false promise that 'it will be fine, don't worry', we waited patiently. When push comes to shove, the horn is simply thrown in and you can whistle for your painting job. This company is unbuildable and extremely unprofessional. Search quickly because Fred is not worth doing business with!
