Plat en Plat has done fantastic work with real professionals for our VVE. Our monumental building has been fitted with FINEO glass, which has been installed and finished with great precision. The painters have repaired bad spots in the wood and painted the entire building neatly. The building looks fantastic again. The agreements with Ed (project supervisor Plat and Plat) were well fulfilled and he was very approachable for questions and requests. Really super satisfied.

Did not deliver work in a VVE project and delivered it poorly. The costs for this amounted to over 450,000 euros (!!!), and we are still trying to sort things out as a VVE ourselves. The painters were drinking more coffee than they were working, painted over closed windows, causing windows to be stuck together, and left behind many drips and rain-soaked areas; things that are also described by other people who left a review. They also said that they had delivered work that was demonstrably not done. This happened several times. The owner of Plat en Plat came to the location with a large Porsche to view the work and indicated that he thought it was good, while the drips were hanging from the balconies and rain-soaked paintwork was visible. To the annoyance of the scaffolder, the scaffolding was not cleaned up, causing all the construction waste to be thrown into the gardens (they indicated that they were not paid to clean up Plat en Plat's mess). In addition, the last invoice was sent before the work was finished; whether the VVE wanted to pay. Anyway, think very carefully before you do business with Plat en Plat. The quality is moderate to very poor, the communication is practically impossible and the execution and guidance are pitiful.

Leaving the shopping street tidy after delivery is not an option with this company. A week after completion, the Landstraat in Bussum is still full of cut-out sealant, sandpaper, cleaning cloths and garbage bags. A promise was made to send a cleaning company, but this was not kept. Given the other reviews on Google, this seems to be the standard method of this company. So they wait quietly until the municipality will clean it up. The director will again give a standard cut and paste response, as with all other negative reviews.

Terribly bad and rude company. We agree with all the criticism from the other 1 star reviews. The painters sit in their car for hours with the engine running. If you ask if they can turn off the engine you will get a big mouth. They are rude and derogatory. When you contact the owner, he casually lets you know that he is happy for them to stand in front of the building for hours with the engine running because his employees are cold. They work very short shifts, are lazy, disinterested and leave a lot of mess behind. Moreover, the paintwork is full of streaks. No idea why this company was assigned this big job. The previous reviews should have spoken volumes.
