Beware of unexpected extra costs afterwards. Simon Kroon did the exterior painting and facade renovation for our VVE in the Sweelinckstraat. The work was carried out beautifully, but at the end we received an extra invoice of 2400 euros due to longer scaffolding rental. There was no additional work and all questions were answered positively within 24 hours. However, their window frame supplier appeared to need longer time. Four weeks longer, which was already a problem for the terrace downstairs, but now it turned out that we had to pay for this even though the work was contracted. Unfortunately, our homeowners' association manager had paid without properly looking at the invoice. Consultation afterwards was not possible. Angeliek answers the phone but refers to Simon. There usually the answering machine and messages are not returned. So with Simon Kroon, the financial risk of delays appears to lie entirely with you. So be careful.

My experience with this company is very positive. They deliver high-quality craftsmanship and work with an eye for detail. Communication is smooth and friendly; questions are answered quickly and clearly. It feels good to work with a team that is reliable and thinks along. Definitely recommended!

A few years ago we had approximately 18 balcony railings in our apartment complex painted by this company. The entire process did not go according to expectations and the quality left much to be desired. In retrospect, the price was also on the high side, a year later we had exactly the same work carried out on another part of the building for a considerably lower price. I have already given up hope on having delivery issues resolved. You just notice that they find you difficult when you ask critical questions. Only a few years later, the paint is already coming off in many places. Maybe we were unlucky with our project, but I really never want to do business with this party again.
