Not working according to the rules. You will not be informed as a homeowner. They just do something and it is strange that you want to avoid hassle because of the work they are going to do on my roof or around my house. Permission has never been requested to place scaffolding in or over my garden or to work on or on my house. I don't want leaks like the other two houses across the street due to your work. Drama

Addition June 1, 2024: My mother-in-law is also not satisfied with this company, to say the least. The lock on her balcony door has been painted shut, meaning the door can no longer be locked, and the painter has not returned the visitor's card for parking, meaning she can no longer receive visitors during the day. If this card is not in the mailbox within a week, we will unfortunately be forced to take other steps. Again, because my previous review wasn't posted: Very unprofessional company where communication is not in the dictionary. Complaint forms will not be processed. In fact, they cannot even be sent because the general terms and conditions checkbox cannot be clicked. Not even by email. Of course, you don't have to do anything with anything that doesn't end up on your desk! Forewarned counts for two.

Agreements are not kept. A lot of damage in the house that you have to find out for yourself instead of having it properly reported. The roof of the extension has broken, and it is now difficult to determine how they will repair it. When the people in your house have finished, they don't let you know and they don't let you know when they'll be back. You have to go after everything yourself. No words for it.

Painting and renovation work was well done, people were also very nice. However, the negatives: left the scaffolding in the front and back garden up for a summer (4 extra months) without working on it, asked for electricity from me every morning (no own generation); work not completed, asked several times for good feedback/reviews about the work and cleanliness while the job was not yet finished; left so much mess behind after painting. Very poor accessibility, promise everything, but don't show up when it's urgent. They only contact you the next day.
