I cannot comment on the quality of the paintwork. But after the 2019 painting season, I am very dissatisfied with the communication and planning within Painting Company A. Stoop in Noord Scharwoude. The “outdoor” painting job was continually postponed by the company. Ultimately, the result was that the job could no longer be done during the season. My experience is that the agreements made are not kept and communication leaves much to be desired. Actually, there is zero communication from the painting company itself. My experience: I already requested a quote in February. The quotation provided is complete and clear. Fine! The painter Arno personally presented and explained this. Excellent service. Crystal clear, just as they profile themselves. The agreement was that the painter would contact him himself after the summer break. In August I didn't hear anything and I contacted them myself. They said it will start in September. Once again time passes and I hear nothing. Had to contact you again. The job will be postponed to the end of September/October. Again no action from the painter. When I contact them again at the end of September/beginning of October, I am simply told that it will no longer be possible this year. (At the very least, I expect that as a company you will contact the customer yourself) The reason given is that a construction company had a lot of work for them and they also helped Stoop through the winter with their assignments, so apparently they were given priority. They present themselves as specialized in private work. But I find this privately unfriendly. I become as a private individual. pushed aside. I don't feel taken seriously because of this. I find the painter's failure to contact him when the work is continually postponed to be very inconvenient and unprofessional. Especially when the work can no longer be done due to the end of the season. Planning the work apparently does not work within the company, while 2019 was certainly not a bad summer. Unprofessional and lacks communication skills.

I had Roel Stoop, he tore apart the facade during inspection. You don't want this man in your house, what a strange brush. Walks away too. Refused to repair his damage.

A. Stoop Schilderwerken is a family business with father and son. The men understand their trade and want to take care of your painting down to the last detail. In short, a top company with a top team!
