Offered us a temporary home in/on/around still being renovated. Contractor is familiar with family situation 3 small children. Despite agreements we are completely ignored, unrented. Penny on the first rank contractor!

Dear Lenferink, Thank you for your response, but unfortunately it does not address the core of the issues I raised. While you indicate that the smoking policy is strictly enforced and clearly communicated, this was not the case on the project where I was fired. There were no signs or verbal communication about smoking restrictions, and other employees hired directly by Lenferink also smoked without any consequences. Yet I was singled out and immediately fired, without prior warning or discussion. This unfair treatment feels both discriminatory and inconsistent with professional standards. The decision to fire me without proper communication has had a direct financial impact, which I find unacceptable. Furthermore, my attempts to get clarification were ignored, which indicates a lack of responsibility and respect for external employees. Given the circumstances, I am prepared to invite the SZW (Social Affairs and Employment Inspectorate) to assess the situation. I feel it is important to determine whether your policies and enforcement of them are in line with fair and professional practices. Unprofessional and Discriminatory Behavior My experience with Lenferink was disappointing and unfair. I was fired from a project in Alkmaar for smoking near a window, while there were no clear smoking rules or warnings communicated in the workplace. Other employees who exhibited the same behavior were not punished, which indicates clear inconsistency and discrimination. When I formally contacted them to discuss this issue and ask for clarification, I was completely ignored. This lack of responsibility and respect is unprofessional and shameful. After reading other negative reviews about Lenferink, this behavior does not surprise me anymore. These types of companies should seriously think about how they treat their employees to prevent unfair and discriminatory practices.

Bad company, with staff who exhibit inappropriate behavior, follow women around, where the executor sets an example and steals from the tenants' homes. If you complain about that, they "don't recognize themselves in it". The staff pays no attention to traffic rules and barks at everyone when it suits them. A very great lack of respect for others. They have their own rules and do not respect others. This company still has a lot to learn, in many areas.
