I ordered a container from them, to Koog aan de Zaan, on June 10, 2021. They said they were going to deliver it tomorrow, June 11. They did not specify any timeframe. I was going to work the next day, and I did not want to be interrupted, so I asked them if I can pay upfront via bank transfer. They could not do it. Weird, right? What is it with your taxes, Mr. Van Den Akker? The next day in the morning, I'm in zoom meeting in my headphones and I don't hear them calling me. Just 13 minutes later I saw their message in Whatsapp, and reacted immediately. I was (profanity removed) surprised they didn't leave the container. It was the second one I ordered from them in just one week! The first one was paid in full, yet they didn't trust me at all. I called them, I messaged them a lot of times, I explained the situation, that I was in a meeting. After like 20 minutes I got a message "we're not coming back to you". I continued to call, they wouldn't return my calls or answer any message, though I saw that the messages have been read. After half an hour, they answer me, this time in Dutch, with a disgusting "joke", so to say: "I am in a meeting". I filed a complaint about them at https://www.consuwijzer.nl/. These people are untrustworthy, unprofessional, don't use their services.

Wij werken al een tijdje samen met dit mooie bedrijf. De container service is perfect! Goede communicatie, en nette service. Als die jongens voor ons slopen of boren wordt alles keurig netjes opgeruimd en nagelopen.

Due to my own misjudgment, it turned out to be necessary to hire a specialist to drill and mill the electrical wiring for our new kitchen into a concrete wall. I was treated very well, and I was called promptly to let me know someone was available and was coming to our house. The drilling and milling work was carried out perfectly by a very friendly and professional gentleman. He also left everything very tidy! Good tools and staff truly make all the difference. That's proven once again. I highly recommend this company! Many thanks!
