Three years ago, a door operator was neatly installed. However, Entrance's merits seem to be in the maintenance contract, which only covers the costs of cleaning the installation by a technician who doesn't even know what a screwdriver looks like. In succession, a desired repair suddenly turns out to be due to something else, namely the latch, and then Entrance charges all the costs of the technician but does not solve the problem of the door not closing and threatens collection costs within the foreseeable future. Really worthless! 15-05-25 I am responding to the response from the owner of Entrance below; Dear Davy van Kruistum, you are telling half the truth. I have sought communication by repeatedly calling you and that finally worked on March 13. We then agreed on the following; I will send you two videos by text message of the front door closing, in which you can see that it does not close completely. This week I will transfer the invoice for the maintenance in January 2025. You will send a technician at your expense and link the appointment directly to me, so that I can be on site. If after the third repair, the door opens and closes properly for two weeks (locks and does not bang when closing), I will still transfer the outstanding invoice from February for replacing the striker plate to you and we will have resolved this unpleasant matter. In succession, no technician comes and it is due to the latch that I have to replace myself. I propose that I pay for the latch and your technician makes the whole thing work as is also done with a new delivery, referring to our agreement. You do not want that and threaten to outsource the claim. That is not what we agreed. I will now have a technician carry out the repair myself and send you the invoice. Use a different company if service is important to you. What used to be a good company has unfortunately fallen into a company of sellers and money grabbers. We are gone and we are not alone
