After the first complaint email you get an apology back with the message that they speak to the employees about it. Less than a week later they come to take down the scaffolding, leave the broken roof tiles as they are, walk straight through your beech hedge to have to walk as little as possible, simply break off branches, resulting in a whole hole in the hedge! In short, this company does not deserve a recommendation! They are a bunch of farmers from the east.

Had very bad experiences, especially with privacy. Apparently it is not possible to make an appointment with the resident of the building, and if they are in a hurry they simply climb into your backyard without permission. Shocked by the behavior of this company! Addition based on the company's response: The company states that they obtain access from "the main contractor", but that is not the point! Even the landlord of a home is not allowed to enter the property without the express permission of the resident or a police escort. In this case, permission was not first obtained from the tenant, so it concerns unlawful entry of the site. And that applies doubly if a closed gate is bypassed... This also applies to using other people's trash cans and similar actions.
