Komen beloftes en afspraken niet na! Vorig jaar opdracht gegeven na overal zelf achteraan te moeten gaan, communicatie gaat moeizaam. Opdracht gegeven via Byzon. De opdracht zou door een installateur in onze buurt worden uitgevoerd. Maar die besteed het weer aan een ZZP'er uit die helemaal niet in de buurt woont. Eerst waren er problemen met de installatie dat al niet van harte ging met de planning en alles in 2 dagen moest worden uitgevoerd, allemaal moest het naar ons gevoel snel en tussendoor. Rolluiken sluiten niet tot op de vensterbank (september al gemeld), door het gewicht is er een gedeelte afgebroken. Fout werd herkend en profielen zijn besteld.......dit was medio januari. Tevens al 1 profiel los. Probleem is nog steeds niet opgelost en de rolluiken hangen al bijna 1 jaar! Er was een probleem met 1 rolluik die niet goed was ingesteld, werd van kastje naar de muur gestuurd en uiteindelijk heb ik een filmpje gekregen om het zelf op te lossen...... Dit is een klein bedrijfje en hier moet je zelf achteraan gaan, klantvriendelijkheid en communicatie moeten ze nog uitvinden daar. Wij wachten nog steeds op de oplossingen!

I understand the pressure, etc., but I am also a paying customer. And the response to this review is typical for this business. It is always me as a customer who does nothing right. Very special, because for two years I have indicated that 16 of the 17 roller blinds work the same way and 1 causes problems. And every time I ask for support there are excuses, and a proactive action is slow in coming. And so I impose myself, annoying for everyone. Unfortunately, it is the only way not to be forgotten. Here too the question whether you keep us informed of the status of the shutters whose paint has started to crack. After asking 3 times still no prospect. Here too I do not see a proactive attitude and have to keep asking until it is annoying. Incomprehensible. And it is logical that the service for the roller blind mechanism that has been installed the wrong way round is free. That's because it was wrong from day 1. So that's just a standard guarantee, even if it takes you more than two years to solve it. My 1 star did not come out of the blue and not unjustified. Service is not self-evident and I have to beg the counter several times for attention. Listen to your customer more often and please do something about it instead of throwing the ball back at me.

Nice people, deliver very good work and excellent service. The disadvantage is that the communication between the company and the customer is very poor, just 0 communication, no information about the expected product. For the rest no complaints

Unprofessional, way too expensive and what unfriendly people, we will never do business with them again and a golden tip to the rest, don't do it either!
