Neatly helped, the owner thought along. And showed different options. I had a custom-made rug made. After waiting for a week, they called to say that the rug was ready. I went to pick it up myself, that was my own choice. They also offered to bring it home. All in all very positive and I am very happy with the rug and the finish and service

What a strange bird that owner… I came there to choose a color of a floor and was already planning to buy it there. From €17.50 it immediately became €20. When I asked what was the problem he already got irritated. He showed me 1 thing. I said this would be possible. Then it suddenly became €35. I said it is getting more and more expensive. Well then it was no longer enjoyable and I got several unsolicited sermons from him. I told him several times that I do not find the price the most important but the quality. And I asked him several times to explain to me where the price differences are. Then he came with. Yes but you choose this floor not me. Pfff the conversation only became grimmer and I got no advice at all. In the end I just walked over because he did not give me any advice and he only talked about more money. I also do not let him snap at me in front of my end user. Very unprofessional and I am now going to buy the floor somewhere else.

Visited this store several times at the beginning of June and finally selected a floor to have it installed at the end of July as I was moving and wanted to have everything arranged on time. In July they came to measure the house, the quote had also been drawn up, the Friday before the installation was to take place on Monday I asked for confirmation whether it would go ahead and everything was okay. When I come to hand over the key to the store that Sunday so that I can work, I hear a day in advance that the floor is 'suddenly' out of stock. They didn't seem to have any intention of telling me this because I wanted to walk out the door after handing over the key, but a non-employee noticed that the floor wasn't there and asked me if I knew that. I then clearly saw from the roll that it had been sold in between and therefore they did not have enough for me. The owner then said that another floor could also be installed and it was in stock, so it would be ready within 24 hours. But I didn't order a floor more than 6 weeks in advance to go for another one that was already there at the time and that I didn't want. This lack of communication left me with a new home without a floor during the construction period. Then find someone else. In the end, I was delayed by more than a month, had to pay several times as much as the original quote and felt extremely ripped off. I'm pretty sure they would have just laid the wrong floor if the non-employee hadn't said anything. In the end I went for high quality, which I didn't want at all, but I would never get the price promised in this store again. I also honestly intended to buy furniture there, but I decided against that. I never, ever expected this. I have not been able to live in my home for weeks because of this store and the feeling of joy and happiness of being able to move has also been taken away. I had arranged and confirmed everything on time but it made no difference. So here's my experience.

Last week I bought a round rug with a different size. I picked out the rug myself and it was made to measure for us. Looks very neat, super quality and a fair price. It was delivered to my home today by the owner. So if you are looking for a good and beautiful rug and where you don't pay the main price, you should go to Nelemans.

After reading multiple responses, which I find very unfair, I was very pleasantly surprised. Today I was helped super, the owner takes the time for you, coffee, pastry stick. Calculated favorably what you really needed regarding laying your novilon. Also good advice about the carpet which was good and which was even better. Also how you could best lay it, and thus save waste. Which of course determined the price of what you really needed. Agreed a nice price, and were quickly satisfied. Thanks for your hospitality.
