We purchased Verosol pleated from Firma Zwart in January 2021. To our great regret, these not only did not meet our expectations, but they also broke within the first month. The pleat is torn and the ropes with which you raise the pleat are broken. We have asked Firma Zwart to repair this because it is still within the warranty period. They did not do this. We advise consumers not to purchase sun protection from Firma Zwart. This is due to poor service and failure to comply with previously made agreements, such as repairing damage that falls within the warranty period. After a year the versol plisse are still broken, Firma Zwart does not comment on this. The only thing we have been offered is to have curtains installed again for a fee (950 euros). We obviously do not agree with this

We had our stairs and hallway upholstered by Fa. Zwart Interieur in Heemstede. Unfortunately, this floor covering turned out to be too slippery for the stairs (the label said suitable for stairs). After a number of slips/falls, we contacted them and explained our problem. Without any problem, we were allowed to choose new floor covering free of charge and it was also laid for us free of charge. Very high class.
