Not welcoming. After entering showroom an employee approached and asked what we wanted. We were looking for a floor and wanted an offer. We’ve been told to look around ourselves. We have not seen any employee after that, walked around alone for 10-15 min. The showroom was totally empty.

We had PVC flooring installed throughout our entire house by Bekenkamp in Hilversum. Friendly and clear explanations from professionals. Delivery and installation were as agreed. The work went according to plan, and the floor was installed fantastically by skilled and friendly professionals. We give Bekenkamp 5 stars.
