Unfortunately very bad experience. Made an appointment for a quote in June. Mr. de Vries does not come to the appointment. Called again. Now published. Will make a quote, which will also involve a blasting company. This person will also come to examine the situation in order to provide a quote. Then waited more than 6 weeks. No message. Called myself and left a voicemail. No response. Finally sent an email. And there comes a response. Without any form of apology, it is said that some things have been left behind and that it is now no longer possible (and that was the agreement...) to carry out the job in 2019. Am I interested in giving the assignment in 2020? Also in this email there is no indication of the expected costs. I will look for another company that will try to give me the impression that they value a new client.
