Amuro Sfeermakers

We had our bathroom renovated by Amuro and are very satisfied with the entire process from sharing ideas to their actual implementation. Good communication and, in case of things that are not right, adequate handling and fast service. The attention of the employees for everything involved is also great. This has resulted in a fantastic bathroom for us that we can enjoy for years to come!

The start and introduction at Amuro was very positive. But the result of our renovated bathroom, carried out by Amuro, is very disappointing. The tiles are sawn with ravel edges, the floor tiles are uneven, the grouting is not in order. An independent report from SKG-IKOB has shown that the above-mentioned work was not carried out according to the standard norms. Amuro does not recognise these norms. It is not clear which standards Amuro does use. Only after a few weeks did we discover that the shower tap was leaking. Very little because otherwise this would have been noticed earlier. Amuro did not want to take action for this either and we were forced to call in another installer. After a lot of e-mail and telephone contact, Amuro does not come up with suitable solutions and does not respond to our request for a reasonable settlement.

Nice cooperation & communication with Marcel van Amuro. He thought along, came across as calm and reliable. The bathroom turned out beautiful and the work was done neatly!
