the rudeness is off the charts with these people. I have tried maybe 5-6 times to go there to ask some questions about a tile they have that I want to buy but they just 'man splain' me stuff I already konw but refuse to answer my questions. I really don't know what's wrong with these people/this shop! I have never experienced anything like it - not even in Netherlands...

Zero willingness to help. Cannot answer questions unless they get you paying beforehand.

We received a very patient help in the store. So impressed by the quality of assistance that we received. The variety is also good. We ordered 3 set of tiles. 2 were in stock and 1 had to be ordered. The one that had to be ordered was delivered to us at the given date. The other two were delivered to the front door. We live in an apartment where there's an elevator and the items could easily be transferred upstairs using the hand truck. But the delivery guy refused to bring them upstairs. So I wasn't happy with the delivery. It was very difficult to carry them without hand truck and one by one.

Terrible service. Rude sales people. After waiting for 10 days to get an appointment because they claim to be so busy, we arrived and were told to wait so that they can have a sandwich for lunch. We didn’t mind even though we had our newborn baby with us. When they were ready to have a conversation they told us that we need to rush because the next client is coming. We sat down for 20 mins told them the exact tiles and measurements that we need and left the store with the promise to get an offer. Two weeks later the offer never came and they don’t reply to emails and return phone calls. Wasted our time. I’ve never seen sales people more arrogant than them.

Lots of great choice of tiles but the staff there very unfriendly and unhelpful. Seemed unwilling to assist in any way , seemed negative and arrogant. We asked 2 or 3 staff a few questions and their reluctance and unfriendliness meant we left quickly and decided to take our money elsewhere where people wanted to provide a good service.
