The work was terrible quality raw

Bought a new construction project with V Vliet as tiler and did a great job despite choosing large tiles and corner profiles of the same material with narrow joints. We are happy!

December 6, 2023, it's been a month since all the floor tiles in our bathroom came loose. Two weeks ago, a tiler (hired by Van Vliet) came by. The tiler confirmed that 80% of all the floor tiles were loose. He said he would report this to Dirk at Van Vliet. To our great surprise, we received an email today stating that nothing was loose... after contacting the tiler again, he said he didn't understand this response. Don't do business with this company... to this day, they don't deliver quality. Four years later, and still no proper solution. February 24, 2022, we reported a loose tile in the shower corner last May. After several visits, Dirk van der Voort is still hiding behind his client, who repeatedly stated that Van Vliet would contact him. Dirk doesn't represent the company he works for and is truly an amateur! 2019 - A company you shouldn't do business with. Our bathroom and toilet in our new-build (2019) home were installed by this company. However, during the construction phase, several things went wrong with the tiling in the bathroom. As a result, part of the tiling wasn't repaired until 18 months later, but the tiles in our shower stall are coming loose again. In a dispute about the quality of the work, this company hid behind the contractor Dura Vermeer. It's now been 28 months, and the bathroom is still not up to par.

Our bathroom is finished so poorly that a shower door can't be installed. Be warned, they're only focused on quantity.

I have never had such a rude person on the phone in my life as I did today. Never do business with these people, rubbish!!!
