Avoid AOH Tegel at all costs. They’re quick to accept contracts and promises, but completely unreliable when it comes to delivery, timelines, or quality. Deadlines mean nothing to them, and their half-trained teams end up doing more harm than good. Here are just a few examples from our nightmare of a renovation: • Their electrician GLUED our light fixtures in place because he couldn’t figure out how to mount them properly. So now, every time a bulb goes out, we have to destroy the entire fixture to change it. • The toilet plumbing was connected incorrectly, leading to severe gas backflow. When we raised it repeatedly, Ahmad dismissed it with lazy excuses like “maybe it was like this before” or “it’s an old building, it’s normal.” It wasn’t. When we finally forced them to check, we found a completely botched installation. • The kitchen vent was installed so poorly it can only run on low. Any higher setting creates a loud, grating noise—and surprise: no one’s come to fix it since 2024. • Painting? Still half-finished. A year later. Ahmad constantly claims the work is under warranty and that they’ll fix things—but they never do. Not a single mistake has been corrected. Their so-called “service” is just delay, denial, and disappearing acts. The quality of the work is embarrassing, and we have the photos to prove it. Do yourself a favour: spend your money elsewhere.

What a fantastic experience to work with AOH. Friendly, keep appointments, think along, work very tidy. But most important is good and beautiful finished result and ready on time!! Compliments, we are super satisfied!!

Excellent service from AOH Tegel! We are very satisfied with the work of AOH Tegel. They installed several tiles in our (and my in-laws') kitchen (see photo) and everything went perfectly. The tiler (Yusuf) was punctual, worked neatly and was very friendly. Communication with the planning department went smoothly; we were kept well informed. We definitely recommend AOH Tegel to anyone who is looking for craftsmanship and good service!
