Unfortunately, things were listed in the offer that were then not implemented, on the grounds that they had been agreed upon verbally. Which wasn't the case. In addition, some panels were damaged, which the company does not want to fix, citing that there should be a doormat there. Parts of the stairwell were also not worked on because it would have been too dirty. The company didn't need to address this and left the stairwell unfinished for us. If you ask, you will be called rude and simply hung up. The work was also carried out carelessly, so that the walls were so badly damaged that the plasterer had to rework them again. The owner is also not cooperative. He simply hung up in the middle of the conversation and talked about agreements that never existed. It also later turned out that the price was far too high. The counteroffer, which we unfortunately only received after engaging this company, is not even 25% of the amount that Mr. Borolussi is asking for. I strongly advise against this company.

friendly man came to make a quote. even made a test piece on the stone to be treated. quote unfortunately had to be adjusted because it was not complete due to insurance work. discussed this by phone. he went to see what he could do, no rejection received. heard nothing after 14 days. after contacting them myself, the company suddenly canceled the work without any reason or explanation as to why this happened. telephone contact is simply rudely broken off or no longer answered. very unprofessional!

After I incorrectly treated my marble floor with impregnating agent, I decided to call in this company. The gentleman came to our house the same day, gave expert advice and helped me with the right resources for a reasonable price. Very satisfied!!

End result was beautiful. I had an old dull and damaged countertop that he brought back to life; and all damage is no longer visible. Truly a professional. Works professionally, independently and cleanly. Clear explanation and price agreement were also made with the quotation. Has he met all points? Friendly to deal with and not pushy or someone who wants to talk you into something. I hate that. Down to earth, friendly person and, as mentioned, he knows his trade.
