Wat een rare manier van klanten bedienen. We komen op zaterdag in de showroom. Niemand te bekennen, tot dat er een jonge jongen naar ons toe kwam. Uiterst vriendelijk. We lieten hem een foto zien van hun site, en vroegen of hij wist welke tegel dat was. Hij wist t niet maar zouden even mee lopen naar zijn baas. Die zei per direct, zonder ook maar naar de foto te kijken, " nee weet ik niet, nee hoor is geen onwil, maak maar een afspraak. Nou we zijn maar weg gegaan, want we kregen t gevoel alsof hij ons helemaal niet wou helpen.

We were interested in tiles for our large floor, over 100 m². Upon arrival, the woman immediately told us they couldn't lay the tiles for another three months, and she also indicated they wouldn't have a consultation for another three weeks. We left because we didn't feel they were waiting for us.

During the renovation of our project, Tegelcentrum Dorgelo carried out very good quality assurance, which ensured that our bathroom was properly finished. Because construction activities were running late, there was a chance that we would celebrate Christmas in 2022 and our youngest daughter's birthday on a concrete floor. Thanks to a large network of good tilers and hard work, they ensured that this did not happen and that we were ultimately able to celebrate the holidays on a beautiful floor ;-). Thank you all for this great result! Next time we will definitely go to Dorgelo tile center again.

The information does not match what is on their website. Little to no interest and felt very uncomfortable. We wanted appropriate advice from an old tiler but ended up disappointed. I also had no idea that there was any interest in helping us. Would not recommend this company for this reason. We went to another tiling company the same day and they helped us very well!
