Worst company ever! From the very beginning, our tiles weren't laid properly during construction. Now, 5 years later, the grout is already coming loose. I've been trying to contact them since April, and still no technician has come. I was finally supposed to have someone come today. After an hour, I called to ask where the technician was, and an employee went to check on him. I called back, and the technician was sick but didn't tell me anything... a poor excuse. Now I'm waiting for a new appointment... Call? They don't do that either; you have to keep following up yourself. Really bad service and not customer-friendly at all!! Never reach anyone, because there's only one contact person. Drama!!!!!!

Ended up at Tegelidee through the contractor. Our bathroom turned out very beautiful, everything was neatly finished and taken care of in detail. Very satisfied with the end result!

Tegelidee is without a doubt the worst company we have had to deal with during the construction of our new house. Through the contractor, we were obliged to work with Tegelidee for our bathroom – something we now deeply regret. Things went wrong from the start: incorrect quotes were repeatedly sent, discussing our wishes was difficult, and the employees we dealt with turned out to have little knowledge of the subject. In the end, an incorrect profile was even placed in the bathroom, making it impossible to install the shower wall. The work carried out was downright bad and the result was unusable. We then contacted Johan Noteboom. He promised to call back, but never kept to this. An appointment for a tiler to come by on Saturday morning at 7:00 AM also turned out to be an empty promise – no one showed up. We called Johan again, who indicated that the tiler was unavailable. After that, it remained quiet from the company and we never heard anything from them again. Although we had ordered the tiles well in advance via Tegelidee, there was no further communication with us. In the end, we bought the tiles from another company. Six months later, we had to have the incorrectly placed tiles removed by another company, and the entire wall was re-tiled (and double the costs incurred). In retrospect, our biggest regret is that we did not opt ​​for a shell bathroom. For people who are ‘forced’ to work with Tegelidee via their contractor: please do not do this. Choose the shell option and find a professional and reliable tiling company yourself. Tegelidee was a huge disappointment to us. We will never take this company seriously again.
