We had a PVC floor installed via Pand16 and ordered the accompanying click PVC. We can only say that Pand16 has helped us very well; from good advice, clear quotes, quick responses, clear communication and planning, keeping agreements and simply good service! The price-quality is very good and we are very happy with our new floors! Thanks to all employees of Pand16!

So far, I unfortunately can't agree with the positive reviews. With complaints where the manufacturer has already ruled in our favor, namely a defective product, the handling process is taking an incredibly long time. Even now that a cheaper product is being installed, the financial settlement has to be negotiated for months. I'm very disappointed, and it doesn't seem like the way to treat customers. It all seems nonchalant, and if I don't contact pand16 myself, there's simply no response. The result is a broken bathroom vanity with a suggested retail price of €2500 that has been in place for a year now. A new vanity is finally supposed to arrive at the end of August, and I'm curious to see if the financial settlement will be reached with me then. Update: an extremely slow response time, and, as is now the case, the fact that communication slipped through the cracks, both with Sanibel and internally, doesn't really show that you're actively working on this. Anyway, I'll wait and see at the end of August, more than a year later.

My house has new flooring. PVC laminate flooring was installed on the ground floor and bathroom, 80x80cm tiles, and skirting boards were added to the other floors. The team at Pand16 did a beautiful and professional job. My experience with Pand16 has been positive. They are easy to reach by phone, WhatsApp, and email. I am very pleased with the final result; the tiles, PVC laminate flooring, and skirting boards were installed very neatly.
