Involved tiles via Delleman and received excellent advice & guidance. Had it installed by Hendriks. Completed except for a few points. Unfortunately, these last points were never followed up or resolved by them. 2 years of 'hassle' and chased after it. Too cold, too hot, illness, understaffing, too busy etc. ... apologies. That's all possible, but it won't take more than 2 years, right? Always something. Accessibility, feedback and response leave much to be desired. Expansion joints never finished, loose tiles (they say it was our fault because we followed the installer's advice, 1 degree per day) and that apparently was not good. Damaged tile in plain view, in the middle of the room (large stain), we have to learn to live with. Why was this put in there in the first place? We are disappointed with the service. And are tired of chasing after it. Ultimately, the sealant work of expansion joints was outsourced at my own expense (Evers kitwerken) and it was fixed quickly and neatly. Which makes it even more frustrating.

Our natural stone floor on the entire ground floor needed replacing and the underfloor heating underneath was no longer functioning properly. We ended up at Marc Hendriks in 's Heerenberg through a friend. From the very first visit, Marc Hendriks thought along with us about our wishes and how to implement them. Marc also hired a good plastering and painting company, Vali, for the plastering and painting work. Marc arranged everything perfectly and coordinated it, so that everything was ready for the installation of the new kitchen. Marc's employees did a very neat, careful and beautiful job. There was a bit of a setback, but that was also neatly and in good consultation resolved by Marc and his employees. The underfloor heating was milled into the subfloor well and professionally. The new stone floor, Wooden Tile Almond, was laid over it and this has earned many compliments, as has the completely renovated toilet. The plastering and painting work completes the whole. All in all: we are very happy with the excellent work that Marc and his employees have done.
