Terribly Poor Service! We ordered a bathroom in November for installation in February. This was done - although they have not installed the bath as there’s supposedly a tap missing which they have been waiting on for 4 months (since February, 7 months since we ordered). There is no workaround proposed, little communication and no initiative. Our house was left in a mess and we just left it and didn’t complain but we are now absolutely fed up with the lack of service. They expect upfront payment which I now regret because they have not delivered the full service. They sell their service as a premium - this is not what one expects from a premium service. This is besides the exorbitantly high prices you pay for standard products which are not even premium quality. I am highly disappointed with Tuijps and wish I had never considered them as a service provider in the first place as this is definitely not what I signed up for!

I had bought a box of wall tiles, but unfortunately the color turned out to be different with the light at home than in the artificially lit showroom. I called and got on the phone with an employee who said that exchanging for a different color of tiles was no problem. Upon arrival the same day, another employee, Mr Van Driel, shamelessly informed me that exchanges are not possible. The fact that I was promised this by another employee over the phone turned out to be worthless. I was allowed to take my package of tiles with me again. Unbelievable that you as a customer are treated so disrespectfully and unreliably by this company.

Truly DRAMATIC Here I bought a batch of tiles for 110m2 including laying the tiles. The work was never finished, the difficult parts of bathrooms were not carried out and they simply never showed up again. Very poor to no communication, never called back/emailed, not keeping appointments, rude treatment, opaque invoices. Legal assistance was called in, they indicated that this company was already known to them and that there were several cases against them. Tuijps Tegels ultimately transfers a small fee without consent that does not in reality represent the actual costs and delay. It is totally incomprehensible that companies that treat customers in this way still exist. There is truly incompetent and dishonest management behind this, they should be ashamed of themselves. The only good review here is from the staff themselves. Whatever their response may be, the rude, devious and unprofessional way of acting cannot be justified. My advice to anyone who intends to enter into an agreement with this company is to first verify reviews and ratings from multiple sources and then think twice. Extremely disappointing, be warned!

Very satisfied with our new bathroom! Pleasant and good advice in the showroom when choosing. Solutions were also considered given the limited budget. Delivery and installation smoothly and according to the agreed schedule! Communication about changes, planning, etc. went smoothly and well. As in any large project, things sometimes go wrong, but after reporting good and fast service, again with good communication. In short, very satisfied!
