We are very happy with Jeroen's company. 3xtimes delays with tiles but no single complaint and very flexible and helpful to the customers. The workers are professional and kind. Highly recommended!

I definitely do not recommend them. Not even worth one star. They delivered a rush job, while I asked them during the work not to work so hastily. The 26m2 wood-look tiles of 1.50m x 0.30m in our kitchen are next to each other in 4 places with the same prints, despite explicit instructions. The new grout was sponged off so quickly that the grout is too deep. The white edges of the rectified tiles are therefore visible, which is not the intention with rectified tiles. The tiles are also not level in many places. There was a willingness to repair. I indicated up to 3 times that I did not want the same tiler for the repair. If you do not see it the first time, then you do not understand the request for repair either. Despite the promise of the work planner, he still showed up at my door. For the 2nd time I took a day off for nothing and completely taped off the entire kitchen for nothing. The telephone handling that followed was anything but neat, solution-oriented and customer-friendly. Jeroen's first reaction: "I don't have time for this now, take it up with the work planner". Work planner: "I can't do anything now, I'm on the train to F1...".
