Dammers works for our VVE and they have done several repair works in our building and our apartament. Some were better than others but the overall is a poor service, very long waiting time, the need to come again and again to fix properly the problem... The customer service is rude and rather slow and little competent

Today I had 2 men from Dammers over regarding a leaking toilet and repair work, nothing but praise, great work. Everything was also arranged perfectly from the office.

We have had very bad experiences with this company. Since October 2023, the housing association has reported that there are problems with the window frames. We keep being sent from pillar to post. As a result, we spent the entire winter in the cold that we couldn't cope with. It is now June 2024i and it appears that they have been waiting for some closures to be left from a second-hand written-off frame to solve the problem in a cheap way. We have asked clear questions about this. We were told by email that answers to our questions and doubts would be provided in May as to how this would be resolved in a polite manner. But again we heard nothing. We do not recommend this company to anyone, firstly they often outsource the work. Second, it takes forever to solve a problem. Thirdly, agreements are not kept, fourthly they want to carry out repairs that are not proper and solve them with 50 year old second-hand materials. They really don't care if this leaves you in the cold all winter. They prefer to follow the tune of rental companies that want the cheapest possible solutions, but they have to work like crazy or literally leave people out in the cold. This is of secondary importance to the Dammers company.

My father is in need of care because of his 3 strokes. How bad the care in the Netherlands is is another story. This company has no respect or goodwill at all, the receptionist ordered me not to let him live at home. The house is indeed dirty, but after a leak and 8 days without a toilet due to work stoppages, it is difficult to get it clean again. After first talking to a consultant. They do not want to give a time when they will come and expect you to stay home all day, otherwise they say it will come after the weekend. My father just has to go to day care. I wanted to leave a key and they do not agree to that. Letting someone go without a toilet for more than 10 days. Inhuman and terrible communication. In total, I called for more than 9 hours about this and had to cancel 1 day of work on which I had exams. I hope they come today, I will sleep in his house especially for this because I have a night shift again.

Very negative experience with this company. Appointments are made and then they don't show up. My mother waits patiently every time and then they don't show up. After telephone contact, no solution is offered at all and they act as if it is the first time they have heard something like this, while there are already more bad reviews on Google. I don't understand why Havensteder does business with this company.
