STH carpentry has installed double plastic garden doors and a long plastic window at daughter's house. The walls were not neatly cut out, but the inner and outer walls were damaged by chopping and drilling. Whole bites out. The bites, STH tried to brick the outer wall again. Result: brick bond is gone, joints are 2 to 3 cm wide, mortar is still on the outside of the bricks. Covered up the damage to the interior wall by boarding it up. Requested to repair this. Answer: no, you can do it yourself!!! Also damage to a window and patio tiles and to the outside of the frame. STH did not want to cooperate in repairing everything and complying with the warranty for the window and damage to the outside. In other words, no service! Have to call in a building inspector. Result: 16 detected defects! A window frame company then carried out the repair work. Both window frames had to be removed, one was also crooked. No drainage under the window frames, some pur was injected!!!!! Frame, what he had used, was not a frame but moldy planks etc etc. The company employees who had repaired everything said that STH should not do this kind of job and is completely incapable of doing so. STH did not want to pay the costs of the repair work and comply with the warranty conditions. Therefore, legal proceedings must be initiated through the bailiff. When the summons was issued to STH, she suddenly wanted to pay all costs, which happened. If they were so sure that it was installed perfectly, why quickly pay the repair costs and additional costs to avoid a lawsuit???? Seems like an admission of guilt to me! My advice is to have a recognized window frame company carry out this type of job and who knows how to install it correctly and who also adheres to the warranty. This is to prevent a nasty aftermath and not to give them home if something is wrong. In short: I think this furniture maker should focus on making a coffee table, but not on this type of work. Unfortunately I have to give one star but this company doesn't deserve a star!! Photos attached. Says enough, I think.

We hebben een prachtige eettafel met bijpassend bankje en een salontafel met daaronder twee kleinere tafeltjes die er precies onder passen. Allen met mooie u vorm stalen poten. Hij heeft goed geluisterd naar onze wensen en deze boven verwachting uitgewerkt. Veel mooier dan waar ik op hoopte!! 😍
