Through the VKG (quality mark for window frames) I came into contact with Arie van Simsam Bouw. Another contractor had installed window frames for us years ago, but unfortunately not in the right way. Leakage and annoyance as a result. This party is no longer active and was referred to Simsam through the quality mark. Pleasant contact from the first moment and a date was immediately scheduled for repair. Warranty jobs are never fun (for both parties) and certainly not if you have to do the warranty for someone else. With Arie, there was no sign of this from the first moment; instead of a simple temporary solution, they tackled the problem thoroughly and repaired the window frames in the right way. This says a lot about their way of working. Very happy with it and can therefore heartily recommend Simsam!

We have had a few people over who are very critical of their own contractor; but they all said the same thing: the finishing is top. And that is also what you want, no crooked wall, no protruding wall, or a button that does not work. Everything works, and everything is finished beautifully down to the last detail. After 5 years replaced 2 facades again. good experience, so again this company. fine work, left very clean. Good price. Sometimes a bit difficult to reach.
