I am very disappointed with this company. They made them half a meter too short and still claim that I wanted them that way, of course. They measured the stairs incorrectly, installed them this way and claim this is what I wanted. I don't understand how anyone can install such a staircase. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. They don't want to solve this problem in any way, even if the blame is theirs. Avoid this company. Too bad I can't attach a photo of the result.

What arrogance this company has! You come to an appointment properly, you discuss everything, during the conversation you indicate that you have also visited the competitor, show photos, etc. You receive the answer that you will receive a quote within 2 weeks...... whoa, this is where it goes wrong. 2 days later an email that they do not want to provide a quote, called, answer: we will not provide a quote because you have been to a competitor. If you ask the question, if I had not said anything now, would you have submitted a quote, answer: in all likelihood yes, if we had not found out...... A comparative product survey and a good feeling about a supplier are apparently no longer allowed to play a role for the consumer. What arrogance...... Maybe they should mention on the website: If you have been to a competitor, do not come to us, we do not want you as a customer, we earn enough and are not waiting for you. Spend your time usefully and good luck, we will be happy to give you a TRAP!
